Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to love what you have ordered. However, we are not allowing any returns/refunds at this time. The condition
of our items is inspected prior to being shipped. Any original unused handbags and wallets purchased online can be
exchanged within 30 days of purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt. Evening bags and accessories are all
final sale. A $10 re-stocking fee is applicable. There is a limit of one time exchange per order. If a repair is needed,
customers should contact customer service for further instructions.
CNKW.ca offers two ways to exchange merchandises:
Mail it in
Just list the item(s) you would like to receive. Then include the invoice along with your merchandises in a box and
ship it to the address below via insured mail. Your credit card will be charged for the new merchandise and shipping
charge. We will process your credit for the returned merchandise once we have received it.
Visting a C&K World Handbags/CNKW store
Online purchases is possible to exchange at any C&K World Handbag/CNKW store. However, you must contact us first
before proceeding to the store. Once we receive and reply to your request, please bring your original invoice,
photo ID and the same credit card that you used to place your order. Click here to locate a store near you.
