Franchise Requirements
Franchise candidates will be evaluated based on business
abilities and experience, personal drive for success and
financial strength. Previous franchise experience is a plus, but
not a requirement since as place a high value on an
individual's business acumen.
General Criteria
CNKW Handbags and Accessories store franchises are
available for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals willing
to assume the risks — and eager to reap the rewards — of
owning their own business. You must be ready to make a full
commitment to the business and to put forth full attention to
the key business drivers. Becoming a CNKW Franchisee requires
being prepared to make a significant time, energy and
financial commitment.

In addition, the following are some, but not all, of the additional
requirements that you must meet:
- Canadian citizenship, or permanent resident alien status
- Personal participation in operating a retail facility
- Successful completion of all training requirements
- English language proficiency
- Good credit record/credit history evidenced by prompt
payment of all financial obligations
- Total starting investment $100,000 (including estimated
inventory and new store renovation costs)
- Estimated liquid capital required $50,000
- Entrepreneurial attitude, creativity and the ability to make
sound business decisions
- Ability to create and implement a comprehensive business
plan
- Ability to successfully execute CNKW franchise operational
procedures
- You and/or a business partner(s) must have at least two years
of retail owner/operator experience
- You and/or a business partner(s) must live in the market to be
developed.
